These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Calima platform ("Calima" or the "Service"), including Calima Agents, provided by RedCarbon, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) registered in France (RCS Paris B 908 477 839), headquartered at 33 Avenue Philippe-Auguste, 75011 Paris.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Calima provides intelligent AI agents to assist entrepreneurs and professionals with business tasks such as email drafting, content generation, customer support, and process automation.

Some features require integration with third-party services (e.g., Google APIs) to operate effectively.

You are solely responsible for how you use these AI agents and for reviewing all generated content before publication or distribution.

3. Gmail Integration

Calima offers optional integration with your Gmail account, for the sole purpose of allowing agents to send emails on your behalf, when explicitly triggered by you.

Scopes Used:

• gmail.send – to send emails
• userinfo.email – to access your email address
• userinfo.profile – to access your name and profile picture

What we collect:

• Email address
• Name and profile photo
• Access and refresh tokens (encrypted)

What we do NOT do:

• Read your existing emails
• Access your inbox or email content
• Delete or modify your messages
• Share tokens with any third party
• Send emails without your explicit action

All tokens are securely encrypted and stored in our database (Supabase), and are deleted upon logout or revocation. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time.

4. Account and Access

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not impersonate others or use fake identities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in an abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful way.

5. AI Limitations & Responsibility

Calima Agents rely on third-party AI technologies to generate content and assist with tasks. While we aim for high quality and accuracy, AI output may:

• Contain errors or inaccuracies
• Vary depending on context and input
• Require human validation before use

6. Payments

Some features may be subject to subscription or usage-based fees. All payments are securely processed by third-party providers.

No credit card or banking information is stored on our servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time unless otherwise specified.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Calima for:

• Spamming or bulk unsolicited messaging
• Illegal, abusive, or deceptive purposes
• Circumventing system restrictions
• Interfering with the Service's normal operations

We reserve the right to block or suspend any activity that violates this policy.

8. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide 24/7 access to the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages may cause temporary unavailability.

We will do our best to notify users in advance of any planned downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, and trademarks on the platform are the exclusive property of RedCarbon or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written authorization.

You retain full ownership over content you input or upload to the platform, and bear responsibility for its legality.

11. Termination

You may stop using Calima at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, we will delete your stored tokens and user data as required by law or upon request.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
