This includes our use of Gmail integration to allow our AI agents to send emails on your behalf—always under your explicit control.

Calima and Calima Agents are services provided by RedCarbon, a simplified joint stock company (SASU) registered in Paris, France (RCS Paris B 908 477 839).

2. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account, we only request access to the data strictly necessary to send emails via our AI agents.

Data Collected via Gmail:

Your email address
Your name and profile picture
Access and refresh tokens (encrypted)

OAuth Scopes Used:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send → Allows sending emails only
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email → Access to your email address
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile → Access to your name and profile picture

We do NOT:

❌ Read your existing emails
❌ Access your inbox or email content
❌ Modify or delete any of your emails
❌ Share your access tokens with third parties
❌ Send emails without your explicit request or interaction

You remain in full control of your Gmail account and can revoke access at any time.

3. Data Security

We apply strict security practices to protect your information:

OAuth tokens are encrypted and securely stored in our database (Supabase)
All communications are encrypted via HTTPS
Refresh tokens are used only to maintain a valid session and are deleted upon logout
You can revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google account settings

4. Data Usage

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

Sending emails via AI agents when you explicitly trigger an action
Displaying your Gmail account status in the dashboard
Providing support in case of technical issues related to email functionality

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

5. General Data Collection

Beyond Gmail integration, we collect the following when you use our site or services:

First name, last name, and contact info (email, phone) when submitting forms
IP address and browsing behavior (cookies, visited pages, session duration)

This data is used to:

Respond to your inquiries
Improve the user experience
Comply with legal obligations

6. User Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data

We access Gmail data via OAuth strictly to allow users to send emails from within their Calima Agents workspace.
We do not store, share, or use Gmail data for any other purpose.
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or training unrelated AI/ML models.
We only use it to fulfill direct user actions within the app interface.
